When my father turned 80, he refused to learn video calling because he said it was too complicated. But after my sister moved abroad, I set it up for him and now he talks to his grandkids every Sunday. Still, I notice he gets frustrated when the interface changes, and I wonder if we're expecting too much from people who didn't grow up with touchscreens. Should we really push seniors to embrace technology, or is it okay to let them stick to what feels comfortable?
