Vietnam has made legal progress like the 2015 marriage ban removal, yet social acceptance in families and workplaces feels uneven. I'm wondering if visibility alone truly changes hearts, or do we need more structural support like anti-discrimination laws to make LGBTQ+ people feel safe being open?
