Can self-guided practices replace therapy for mild to moderate anxiety?
Therapy is too expensive for most people, but I've found that daily journaling for 10 minutes has been more effective than the $150 per session I paid for eight months. I'm not saying therapy is useless, but when I see friends spending hundreds monthly without tracking progress, I wonder if we're overrating professional help. Do you think self-guided mental health practices like journaling, meditation, or exercise can replace therapy for mild to moderate anxiety?
