The Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics has been the default teaching in Vietnamese universities for decades, yet most students I've tutored can't explain why the wavefunction collapses without invoking 'observer magic'. I've read that alternatives like pilot-wave theory solve the measurement problem just as cleanly, but they're treated as fringe—despite being fully deterministic and local. Are we clinging to Bohr's ideas out of scientific merit, or simply because textbooks resist change?
