Does Stoicism encourage passive acceptance of injustice?
Stoicism teaches us to focus only on what we control, but I've found that this mindset often turns into passive acceptance of injustice. When I see friends using 'amor fati' to justify staying in toxic jobs or unhappy relationships, I wonder if we're misusing ancient wisdom as an excuse for inaction. Can we truly embrace Stoic detachment without losing our drive to change the world around us?
