Do soft skills really matter more than hard skills in Vietnam's tech industry?
Soft skills like communication and teamwork get hyped in every job ad, but hard technical skills still decide who gets hired and promoted in Vietnam's tech industry. I've seen brilliant coders fail interviews because they couldn't explain their projects, yet I've also watched smooth talkers stall once the work gets complex. Should we really spend time on 'leadership courses' when Excel and SQL open more doors?
