Should soft skills be prioritized over hard skills?
Soft skills like communication and empathy are often touted as essential, but in my line of work, technical proficiency gets things done. I've seen teams where a brilliant coder who can't explain his ideas struggles, while a mediocre programmer who communicates well thrives. That makes me think soft skills are the real differentiator in career growth. Isn't it time we prioritize them over hard skills?
