Do soft skills really outweigh hard skills in career success?
Soft skills are often treated as nice-to-haves in job postings, but I've seen them make or break careers more than technical expertise. I once worked with a brilliant coder who couldn't explain his ideas to the team, and his projects kept stalling despite great code. Is it fair that communication and empathy outweigh hard skills in most promotions, or are we undervaluing what really drives performance?
