Should charity be a year-round habit, not seasonal?
I've coordinated food drives for five years, and I notice the same pattern: donations spike at Thanksgiving and vanish by March. I think we're mistaking seasonal guilt for genuine community support, and that's why shelters stay empty half the year. Shouldn't we treat charity like a steady habit, not a holiday photo op?
