Is regular family dinner still important in modern life?
My 8-year-old daughter recently asked me why we never have dinner together as a family anymore, and I realized she's right—between my late work hours and her after-school activities, we've drifted into eating at different times. I've started wondering if we're sacrificing something essential for the sake of convenience and schedules. Is it actually important for families to share regular meals, or is that just an outdated ideal that doesn't fit modern life?
