Is unclear scope the real reason software projects fail?
Most software projects fail not because of bad code but because of scope creep and unclear requirements. After managing a CRM rebuild that ballooned from 6 to 18 months, I'm convinced the biggest risk is never technical, it's human. Should we stop blaming developers and start fixing how we define 'done' before writing a single line of code?
