Is gender equality in tech actually achievable?
Men still dominate leadership roles in tech companies, but I wonder if the real issue isn't just hiring—it's how we define leadership itself. I've worked at three startups where the loudest voices in the room were almost always men, even when women had stronger technical arguments. Studies show diverse teams outperform homogeneous ones, yet the shift feels painfully slow.
