Is screen time itself harmful, or should parents focus on content quality?
Kids are spending more time on screens than ever, and many parents worry it's harming their development. But I've watched my own children learn problem-solving and creativity through well-chosen apps and games, so I can't agree that all screen time is bad. The real issue isn't the device—it's the content and whether parents are involved. Should we really be limiting screens, or should we focus on curating quality digital experiences for kids?
