Is Online Learning as Effective as In-Person Classes?
After two years of forced remote learning during the pandemic, my university has moved most lectures back to in-person, and I miss the flexibility of online courses. I could rewatch recordings, learn at my own pace, and save two hours daily commuting. But I also noticed my motivation dipped without the classroom structure, and group projects felt patchy. Is online learning genuinely as effective as traditional classrooms, or were we just settling for a crisis-mode compromise?
