Is constant optimism damaging mental health?
I've tried every productivity hack and self-care trend out there, but my anxiety only got worse until I stopped forcing myself to be positive all the time. The pressure to always shine at work and in social media makes us hide real struggles, which I think is destroying our mental health more than helping it. We need to accept that some days just suck, and that's okay—should we really be pushing constant optimism as the only valid mindset?
