Is 'clean eating' healthier or just a costly trend?
Is 'clean eating' really healthier, or just another expensive trend? I see friends in Saigon paying $5 for a single cold-pressed juice while street food stalls serve fresh fruit for $1. The science on detox diets is shaky—our livers do that work—but I admit I feel better when I cut processed stuff. Maybe the real benefit is mindfulness, not the food itself.
