Should companies enforce strict gender quotas for senior roles?
I've worked in HR for twelve years, and every hiring committee I've sat on claims to be gender-blind, yet we still see the same pattern: women are asked about family plans, men never are. We can't achieve true workplace equality when parental leave policies and promotion criteria remain skewed toward traditional male career paths. Should companies be forced to implement strict gender quotas on boards and in senior management to break this cycle?
