Is the modern workplace sabotaging your focus?
I've tried every productivity method from Pomodoro to deep work blocks, yet my to-do list still grows faster than I can clear it. Constant connectivity means the moment I focus, a Slack ping or email notification pulls me away, and research shows it takes 23 minutes to fully refocus after each interruption. Maybe the real issue isn't our time management but the environment we've built around ourselves. Should we accept that personal productivity has a hard limit in this modern workplace, or is that just an excuse for poor habits?
