I've tracked my daily output for three years now, and the biggest productivity gains didn't come from apps or time-blocking—they came from simply saying no to meetings and deep work in 90-minute chunks. But when I bring this up, people argue that collaboration and quick syncs are irreplaceable, especially in hybrid teams.
