I've spent years teaching physics to high schoolers, and I still think quantum mechanics should be introduced much earlier than college. We start with classical mechanics and then act like students are suddenly supposed to grasp probability clouds and superposition, but by then their brains are already wired to think deterministically. If we taught wave-particle duality in middle school, maybe more kids would stick with physics instead of dreading it. Is it really that risky to plant a few counterintuitive seeds early?
