Do productivity hacks actually work in broken work environments?
I've spent the last two years experimenting with every productivity hack out there, from time-blocking to the Pomodoro technique, but honestly, I'm still not sure if any of them actually work or if I've just gotten better at fooling myself into feeling busy. The real question is whether personal productivity systems can ever compensate for having too many meetings and unclear priorities at work, or if they're just coping mechanisms for broken environments. What's your experience—have these tools genuinely changed your output, or are they just a way to feel in control when you're not?
