Is eating healthy really more expensive than processed food?
I've been trying to eat more plant-based meals after my doctor flagged my cholesterol, but I'm realizing just how much of my weekly grocery budget goes to fresh produce that spoils before I use it. Is eating healthy actually more expensive than the cheap, processed stuff, or am I just bad at meal planning? I wonder if it's possible to eat well on a tight budget without spending hours in the kitchen every day.
