Do individual efforts truly reduce plastic waste, or just shift blame?
I've been trying to cut down on single-use plastics for a year now, but the local grocery store still wraps everything in layers of film and Styrofoam trays. My efforts feel like a drop in the ocean when the entire supply chain is built around disposability. Do individual actions like refusing straws or bringing my own bags actually matter, or are we just shifting the blame onto consumers while corporations keep churning out waste?
