Does wearable sleep tracking improve habits or just create anxiety?
I've been tracking my sleep with a wearable for six months, and the data shows I average 6.2 hours despite aiming for 8. Does tracking sleep actually improve sleep habits, or does it just create anxiety about numbers? I've noticed I now stress over my sleep score more than I used to worry about being tired. But without the data, I might not have realized my late-night coffee habit was cutting my deep sleep by nearly an hour. Curious if others have found wearable sleep tracking genuinely helpful or if it's just another metric to obsess over.
