Should you schedule tasks to match your natural energy rhythm?
I've been tracking my own deep work sessions for a year, and I found that my most productive hours are before noon, yet I keep scheduling meetings then. Forcing yourself to do hard tasks first isn't always the best strategy—sometimes your energy peaks later, and fighting your natural rhythm just wastes effort. Maybe the key is matching tasks to your chronotype rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all rule.
