Is the to-do list outdated compared to time-blocking?
I've been tracking my output for a year, and deep work blocks beat to-do lists every time. A list tells you what to do, but it doesn't protect your attention; a two-hour block does. Lists can grow endlessly, creating anxiety, while a block forces a real decision about your top priority. So, is the traditional to-do list an outdated productivity tool when compared to time-blocking?
