Does whole food beat processed for steady energy?
I've been tracking my meals and energy levels for six months, and the difference between eating whole foods versus processed ones is stark. On days I stick to chicken, veggies, and rice, I feel steady focus; after fast food, I crash by three. But is clean eating just a trend that ignores how our bodies adapt, or is nutrition truly the root of most health issues? I lean toward balanced eating over strict rules, though I'm not sure we all need the same diet.
