Does eating less meat really reduce your carbon footprint?
I've been tracking my carbon footprint for two years and recently hit 8.2 tons annually, still above the global average of 4.7 tons. Friends ask if individual actions like eating less meat or flying less actually matter when corporations and governments emit far more. But I wonder, does personal responsibility divert attention from systemic change, or does it create the cultural pressure needed for policy shifts?
