Is online learning really as effective as traditional classroom education?
I've been taking online courses for two years now, and while the flexibility is unmatched, I sometimes wonder if I'm actually learning as effectively as I would in a classroom. The lack of face-to-face interaction and immediate feedback makes it harder to stay engaged, and I've caught myself zoning out during recorded lectures. Sure, the convenience is great, but when I compare my retention to my on-campus semesters, I honestly think I've absorbed more in-person. So, is online learning really as good as traditional education, or are we just fooling ourselves for the sake of convenience?
