Are remote work productivity gains real or mismeasured?
I've been reading conflicting reports about remote work productivity, and the numbers are all over the place. Some studies show a 13% increase in output, while others point to a 20% drop in collaboration. But when I talk to friends who switched to full-remote, they say they get more deep work done but feel less connected to their teams. Do you think the productivity gains from remote work are real, or are we just measuring the wrong things?
