Could our universe be a realistic simulation?
I've been reading about the simulation hypothesis lately, and I can't shake the feeling that it's not just a fun thought experiment but a genuine possibility. Some physicists argue that if we ever create realistic simulations of consciousness, the odds of us being in one are astronomically high. But then again, that logic assumes a certain kind of universe where simulations are common—which we don't know. Maybe the reason we haven't found clear evidence is that the simulation is too good, or maybe there's nothing to find. I'm honestly torn between curiosity and skepticism.
