I've been meal-prepping high-protein breakfasts for a month now, mostly eggs and Greek yogurt, and I notice I'm less hungry by 10 a.m. compared to my old cereal routine. But I also grew up with the food pyramid telling us grains should be the base of every meal, and breaking that mental model is harder than changing my grocery list. Is the push toward low-carb, high-protein diets actually backed by better long-term evidence, or are we just swinging from one dietary dogma to another?
