I've been looking at modern architecture in my city, and most new buildings feel cold and disconnected from the street. Traditional designs with balconies and natural materials seem to create more vibrant neighborhoods. I believe we should mandate such features for all new developments. But could that stifle innovation? I've seen some brutalist buildings that were initially hated but now considered masterpieces. Maybe strict regulations aren't the answer.
