Is vinyl's warmth real or just nostalgia?
I've been listening to vinyl records for the past five years, and I still can't decide if the warm sound is real or just nostalgia. My digital setup measures flatter frequency response, yet my favorite albums feel more alive on a turntable. Is the vinyl revival actually about better audio quality, or are we just chasing a ritual that makes us slow down and listen more carefully? Would you say the way we consume music changes how much we enjoy it?
