Should workdays match natural energy rhythms instead of fixed hours?
I've been experimenting with time-blocking for three months now, and my output has definitely improved — but I'm wondering if the real bottleneck isn't my schedule but my energy levels. Mornings I'm sharp, by 3 PM I'm just shuffling emails. Should we be tailoring our workdays to our natural rhythms instead of forcing a standard 9-to-5 structure?
