Are frozen vegetables just as nutritious as fresh ones?
I've been comparing frozen and fresh vegetables for six months now, and the nutritional gap is much smaller than most people think. Frozen peas actually had more vitamin C than the 'fresh' ones I bought that sat in my fridge for a week. The real issue is how we store and cook them, not whether they're frozen or not. So yes, I believe frozen vegetables can be just as nutritious, if not more, than fresh ones in many cases.
