I started reading ingredient lists after my doctor warned me about hidden sugars, and now I can't unsee how much high-fructose corn syrup sneaks into 'healthy' granola bars and flavored yogurts. Even products labeled 'natural' often pack more sugar than a candy bar, which makes me wonder if we should treat all processed foods with suspicion.
