Do nightly family dinners really create stronger bonds?
Family dinners every night were the norm in my house growing up, but now with everyone's schedules, we barely manage three times a week. I miss that forced connection, yet I wonder if quality time on weekends matters more than the quantity of shared meals. Does the ritual of sitting down together actually build closer bonds, or are we just romanticizing a tradition from the past?
