Does living with elderly parents strengthen family bonds?
My mother-in-law moved in with us last year after my father-in-law passed away, and honestly, it's been a mix of heartwarming moments and some real friction over daily routines. We've had to adjust everything from meal times to how we spend our weekends, and sometimes I wonder if we made the right call. Does having an elderly parent live with the family actually strengthen bonds, or does it quietly erode everyone's independence and patience in ways we don't admit?
