Does individual action matter in fighting climate change?
I've been tracking local weather patterns for a decade, and the shift is undeniable—but I'm not convinced that individual actions like recycling or avoiding plastic straws will meaningfully slow climate change. Last year, my town saw record heatwaves, yet global emissions kept climbing. Shouldn't we focus our energy on pushing for systemic policy changes rather than personal guilt trips?
