Do productivity apps make us less efficient?
Daily planning apps promise more control over your time, but I've noticed they often become a second job. After three years of testing Todoist, Notion, and a plain paper notebook, my conclusion is that the tool matters far less than the habit. Yet we keep paying for subscriptions that make us feel productive without actually improving our output. Is the obsession with productivity apps actually making us less efficient at work?
