Are budget airlines really cheaper after all the add-ons?
Budget airlines have transformed how we travel, but their business model relies on squeezing revenue from every possible corner. I recently paid $45 for a flight and then $60 in baggage, seat selection, and printing my boarding pass at the airport. Is the low fare really the deal it seems, or does the nickel-and-diming make it comparable to full-service carriers in the end?
