Blockchain is often hailed as a trustless system, but I've seen too many projects where the code has vulnerabilities or the governance is centralized, making that trustlessness more of an ideal than a reality. For example, several DeFi platforms have been hacked due to smart contract bugs, which undermines the core promise of security through decentralization. So, can we truly call blockchain a trustless technology when human errors and centralized decision-making still play a huge role?
