Is a plant-based diet right for everyone?
After switching to a whole-food plant-based diet for three months, my energy levels stabilized and my digestion improved, but I'm still unsure if this is the right approach for everyone. My sister tried the same diet and felt weak and fatigued, which makes me wonder if individual differences in metabolism or gut bacteria play a bigger role than we think. Do you believe that a one-size-fits-all dietary guideline like 'eat more plants' can truly optimize health for most people, or is it more about personal experimentation and listening to your body?
