Are EVs ready for everyone or just suburban homeowners?
After 15 years of driving gas cars and 2 years with an EV, I think the public charging network is the real deal-breaker, not range anxiety. I've done 800-mile road trips where planning around chargers added hours—but for daily use, my EV is cheaper and simpler. Are EVs truly ready for everyone, or are they still a privilege of suburban homeowners with garages?
